Sandalwood Essential Oil – 100% Pure & Natural
Sandalwood Essential Oil (Santalum Spicatum) is taken from deep inside the tree trunk the heartwood, not the surface wood or bark. Steam distillation does the rest, keeping the warm woody scent intact from tree to bottle. Woody and warm with a balsamic base it stays on the skin longer than most oils and has no real substitute.
It has been used in temples, medicine, and skincare for hundreds of years across India and the Middle East. That kind of staying power usually means something actually works. The pale yellow oil that comes out of this process is thick and concentrated. Aromatherapists reach for it regularly it works well for bronchitis, dry or chapped skin, oily skin, stress, and low mood. It settles the mind without making you drowsy works well in a diffuser or applied to skin with a carrier oil. If you want something ready to use for massage, the Sandalwood Turmeric Massage Oil is worth a look.
RV Organica's version is pure and steam distilled nothing added. For candle making, soaps, or cosmetic formulations, the Sandalwood Fragrance Oil is the right choice. Full range available in the Essential Oils Collection.
